Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain. RInse the pasta with cold water, and drain again. Place the pasta in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the sesame oil and the next 3 ingredients. Stir well. Stir in the watercress. Pour this mixture over the pasta, and toss gently. Add the salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and chill for 8 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with the green onions just before serving.
