bacon, egg, leaves romaine lettuce, chopped, yellow and red bell pepper, chopped, green onion, chopped, ripe avocado, sliced, grainy mustard (not the plain yellow stuff), honey or 1 tbsp agave nectar, homemade mayonnaise (directions follow, or you can just use the straight bottled stuff. see my recipe for homemade mayo)

dozen extra large eggs, cream cheese, dill pickle relish, mayo, mustard, minced celery, minced onion, texas pete hot sauce ( this brand is not unbareably hot), honey, salt and pepper to taste
