ground beef, cracker crumb, eggs, slightly beaten, dried onion flakes, salt & pepper, beef bouillon powder, for flavor (optional), sauerkraut, drained and rinsed, cranberries or 1 can cranberry sauce, brown sugar, chili sauce (found with marinades and condiments)
