School Cafeteria No-bake Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Boil sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa for 5 minutes over medium high heat.
  2. Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter and oatmeal.
  3. Spoon out on wax paper and cool. (Hardens as it cools)
  4. Makes 18 - 36 cookies, depending on the size you make them.
