Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In 4-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook sausage until browned, breaking apart with fork.
  2. Remove meat to medium bowl.
  3. Pour off drippings but return 1/4 cup to pan.
  4. Return drippings to medium heat, cook apples, onions and celery until celery is tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add sausage meat and remaining ingredients.
  7. Stir until well mixed.
