Ingredients:

  • first version
  • cabbage - as much as you need, i usually make a 1kg
  • 1 litre - water
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • second version
  • 1 kg cabbage
  • 20 grm carrots
  • 15 g salt

Directions:

  1. First version
  2. 1. chop the cabbage
  3. 2. grate carrot
  4. 3. Mix cabbage and carrots, push harder
  5. 4.heat water to dissolve it in salt and honey, cool it
  6. 5. Put cabbage in enamel ware (you can use only an enamel or glass container)
  7. 6.Add water (with honye and salt)
  8. 7.Cover the container and put something heavy on top that
  9. 8.Live it in the warm place for 3-4 days
  10. Second version
  11. 1. chop the cabbage
  12. 2. grate carrot
  13. 3. Mix cabbage and carrots, push harder
  14. 4. Put cabbage in enamel ware (you can use only an enamel or glass container)
  15. 5.Cover the container and put something heavy on top that
  16. Every day pierce tcontainer with cabbage wooden stick in a few places.
  17. 6.Live it in the warm place for 6-8 days
  18. The first day will be a lot of liquid, following days will foam, do not worry :)) considered that the cabbage is ready when the foam disappears
