Sauerkraut is one of the most used and favorite dishes. we can prepare the soup using sauerkraut (Shi) or added to salads, or eat just added onions and oil.
Ingredients:
first version
cabbage - as much as you need, i usually make a 1kg
carrots - 20% of the weight of cabbage
1 l - water
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp honey
second version
1 kg cabbage
20 grm carrots
15 gr salt
Directions:

2. 1. chop the cabbage
3. 2. grate carrot
4. 3. Mix cabbage and carrots, push harder
5. 4.heat water to dissolve it in salt and honey, cool it

18. the first day will be a lot of liquid, following days will foam, do not worry :)) considered that the cabbage is ready when the foam disappears
