Directions:

  1. Rub lime wedge around the rim of a highball glass; dip rim in salt. Set aside.
  2. Fill a mixing glass or tumbler three-fourths full with ice. Add gin and grapefruit juice; stir until condensation forms on outside of glass. Pour into prepared glass, straining ice if desired. Yield: 1 serving.
