Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted margarine until well blended.
  2. Press evenly into a 10” cake pan.
  3. Plump raisins in water add cream cheese and sugar and mix with paddle until softened.
  4. Add rum, vanilla and salt then mix well.
  5. Add eggs one at a time then and egg yolk mixing on low speed until blended through.
  6. Drain and add raisins and mix on low speed until just incorporated.
  7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes then remove and allow to cool.
  8. Combine sour cream, sugar and rum then spread over cheesecake and chill for service.
