Rosy Maple Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 blood orange, juiced (if you don'tsp have blood oranges, you can substitute a regular orange. the dressing won'tsp be a rosy cup)
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the maple syrup, honey and vinegar.
  2. Slowly add the oil whisking constantly.
  3. When all the oil is incorporated, add the red pepper flakes and the cardamom.
  4. Whisk in the blood orange juice.
  5. Taste and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
