Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powd
  • 125 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 11/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 60 g butter

Directions:

  1. Sift flour and baking owd
  2. Rub in butter
  3. Beat eggs with milk
  4. Add to dry ingred
  5. Roll into rectangle,spread jam and almonds
  6. Roll up into swiss roll,make a few incisions
  7. Place in dish
  8. Mix the syrup ingred and pour over dough
  9. Bake for 45-60 min
  10. Serve hot with custard
