Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute diced potatoes and onions until crisp.
  2. Sprinkle generously with seasonings.
  3. Top with pimento cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. (Bake in the same pan if yours is oven proof, if not, turn into a 9x13 metal or glass pan)
  5. Finish under broiler on high for 1 minute, prior to serving.
