Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 -4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

  1. Stir together sauce ingredients adding only 1 minced garlic clove.
  2. Place roast in crockpot.
  3. Slice remaining garlic cloves and tuck into roast Pour sauce over roast and cook 6-8 hrs.
  4. Turn roast over half way through cooking.
  5. Serving suggestions; serve with rice and Ramen Salad or Coconut Carrot Salad.
