Directions:

  1. Arrange tomato slices in a greased 9 x 9 inch pan
  2. Combine next 6 ingredients, spread over tomatoes
  3. Melt butter, add Ritz crushed crackers
  4. Sprinkle over mixture
  5. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees
  6. May also be put into a baked 9 inch pie shell
