Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and clean rhubarb, cut in small pieces.
  2. Combine rhubarb and sugar and let set overnight in glass bowl.
  3. In the morning, boil 10 minutes.
  4. Pur pie filling in a blender and chop fine.
  5. Add this to rhubarb mixture and bring all to a boil.
  6. Remove from heat and add gelatin, stirring till dissolved.
  7. Add almond extract to personal taste - and seal.
  8. Makes 4 pints.
  9. May use different pie filling and coordinating gelatin flavor.
