Reenies Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. With knife, mash garlic and salt together to make paste
  3. In small mixing bowl, mix together butter, olive oil, and garlic paste
  4. Mix in parley or basil
  5. Cut bread diagonally into 1 in. thick slices without cutting completely through bottom of bread
  6. Spread garlic butter between slices
  7. Wrap in foil
  8. Bake for 15 minutes
  9. Open foil and bake 5 more minutes
