Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp (scant) rose water
  • 3 cups crushed ice

Directions:

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature, occasionally stirring and crushing some of berries.
  2. Place 3/4 cup ice in each of 4 glasses. Top each with 3/4 cup raspberry mixture.
