Directions:

  1. Cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  2. /3 cup sugar
  3. Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  4. Teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  5. Tablespoon butter
  6. Cups peach ice cream
  7. Directions
  8. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the raspberries, sugar, vinegar and rosemary in butter until heated through. Drizzle sauce over ice cream; serve immediately.
