  4. Beat egg with brown sugar, butter, orange peel, vanilla and salt till smooth,.
  5. Stir in raisin, chocolate pieces and pecans.
  6. Remove cream cheese dough from refrigerator and roll into 24 1 balls.Press and form into miniature muffin tins -
  7. Spoon filling into the pastry lined muffins cups.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes on rack before removing from cups to cool completely.
