Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. raisins
  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 1/2 cup. water
  • 2 tbsps. flour
  • 2 1/2 cup. milk
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream , whipped

Directions:

  1. Cook raisins in 1/2 cup sugar and water until plump.
  2. Combine flour, egg yolks and milk.
  3. Blend into raisins; cook until thickened.
  4. Pour over baked pie shell.
  5. Cool.
  6. Top with whipped cream.
