Quick Oat Cookies (No Bake--For the Kids)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan place the sugar, butter, and milk; bring to a boil and boil fo 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the oats, cocoa, coconut, and vanilla.
  3. Pile on waxed paper and refrigerate till cold.
