Quick Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease round cake pan.
  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  4. Measure all remaining dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  5. Beat together butter, milk and egg; pour over dry ingredients.
  6. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened - don't beat!
  7. Pour batter into a pan and sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes and serve warm.
