Ingredients:

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 tsp stevia (to taste)
  • 6 cinnamon sticks

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, pumpkin, stevia and nutmeg. Heat through, but do not boil.
  2. Stir in vanilla, garnish with cinnamon and serve.
