Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat together the sugars and butter. Add the vanilla, pumpkin and eggs and mix. Then, on low speed add the remaining ingredients. Spoon onto a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake at 375* for 12 min. or until set. Remove immediately and cool about 45 min. Frost with Browned Butter Frosting
