Directions:

  1. Soak quinoa for 30 minutes to eliminate any bitterness while heating water to a boil and chopping veggies.
  2. Add split peas and brown lintels to water, return to a low boil
  3. 20 minutes later add all other ingredients.
  4. Simmer till everything is tender maybe 30 more minutes, adding more water if necessary.
