Pressure Cooker Economy Pork Chops

Directions:

  1. Heat cooker and add olive oil. Brown chops. Place browned chops on bottom of cooker. Mix Rice, Onion, Green Pepper, tomatoes, salt and pepper and water together in bowl. Once mixed pour over pork chops. Close cover and cook for 20 minutes. Let pressure drop on its own accord. Serve after pressure has dropped.
