Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups pecans

Directions:

  1. Boil ingredients to soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Beat until dull. Pour onto waxed paper.
