Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Cut squash in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. Place squash cut side down in a baking dish. Add enough hot water to 1/2 inch depth.
  2. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until tender.
  3. Reduce heat to 350F. Remove squash peel. Mash squash pulp.
  4. Add flour, butter, salt and eggs. Mix well.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Spread pecans over cooked squash.
  8. Pour sauce over pecans. Serve hot....
  9. Praline Sauce:
  10. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Gradually whisk in brown sugar until mixture looks like caramel. Whisk in cream until thickened. Keep warm.
