Portuguese Sausage Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 (16 oz) package gaspars linguica sausage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups rice

Directions:

  1. Put Butter and sliced Linguica in pot over medium heat. Brown Linguica it takes about 15 minute.
  2. Add the Water To Pot, And Salt.
  3. Bring to a boil,Add Rice. When the rice and water come to a boil, turn heat down to a simmer. Stir Occasionally throughout cooking time. It takes about 15-20 minute.
