Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak poppy seeds in milk for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  3. Cream butter and sugar, then add milk/poppy seed mixture. Add dry ingredients and then egg whites. Bake in layer cake pans for 30 minutes in a 375 F. oven.
  4. Cream Cheese Frosting:
  5. Blend together well and spread on cooled cake.
