Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Take can tomato sauce and add spices; mixing well and set aside.
  2. In a skillet use non-stick cooking oil to coat the bottom.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat in the pan.
  4. Put 1/4 Celsius cheese on half of the tortilla.
  5. Top cheese with 4 to 5 slices of pepperoni.
  6. Fold the tortilla in half and brown lightly.
  7. Flip and brown lightly.
  8. Place on a plate and pour a small amount of sauce on the side for dipping.
  9. Serve with freshly sliced green peppers and carrots.
