Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Use processor with dough blade.
  2. Pour in warm water. honey,salt.
  3. Mix on low 20 seconds
  4. Add yeast low 5 seconds
  5. Add 1 cup flour low 10 seconds
  6. Add olive oil low for 15 - 20 seconds
  7. Add rest of flour and any spices you wish at thjis time
  8. Mix high for 1-2 minutes
  9. Dough should turn into a ball and roll around the processor
  10. If it does not ball up-to dry
  11. Add water 1 tbl at a time until it balls up
  12. If to runny add flour 1 tbl at a time till you get it the way you want
  13. After the dough has balled up
  14. Place it on a floured board
  15. Knead for about 1 minute
  16. Place in a covered bowl in a warm dry place to rise
  17. 45 minutes later it should de twice the size it was
  18. Punch it beat it to let out air then let it rise for another 1 1/2 hours
  19. Form in 6 inch to 8 inch balls - freeze the rest
  20. Roll out using the palms and work from the middle out
  21. Till you make a pie
