Pineapple-cheese Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 1/4-oz) can pineapple tidbits with juice
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 roll of ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:

  1. Pour pineapple and juice in a baking dish.
  2. Combine flour and sugar and spread over the pineapples.
  3. Spread grated cheese over the flour mixture.
  4. Spread ritz crackers over the cheese.
  5. Drizzle the melted margarine over the crackers.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
