Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients, stir in nuts, set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture, stirring just until batter is moist.
  3. (Shortcut - if using a Kitchenaid, I don't bother mixing dry ingredients separately - I just add them one at a time to the wet ingredients in the mixer)
  4. Spoon into two greased and floured loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
  6. Freezes well.
