Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs mushrooms
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. Combine all except Mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes. Add Mushrooms and simmer 5 more minutes.
