Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan and slowly add sugar stirring constantly until blended.
  2. Add beaten eggs and stir in peppermint extract.
  3. Remove from heat and add flour and salt.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured 9x9 square cake pan and cook at 350 degrees for 25- 30 minutes.
