Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven.
  2. Cook tortellini al dente.
  3. Set aside and keep warm.
  4. Spread red peppers on a baking tray.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake in oven for about 15 mins or until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve tortellini on two plates, top with pepper and cheese mix.
  8. Add tomato ketchup to your liking.
