Pecan Pumpkin Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

  • crust
  • 3/4 cups grahm cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • grease a 9in spring form pan
  • combine ingredents and press into pan up about quater in. on side.

Directions:

  1. Filling:
  2. 1 1/2 cup solid pumpkin
  3. 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  5. 1/2 tsp ginger
  6. 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  7. 2 tbl heavy cream
  8. 1 tbl cornstarch
  9. 1 tbl bourbon
  10. 3 8oz packs of Cream Cheese
  11. 1/2 cup sugar
  12. 1/2 tsp Salt
  13. 3 Eggs
  14. 1 tsp Vanilla
  15. Preheat oven to 350
  16. In a bowl combine pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt
  17. And brown sugar.
  18. In a bowl with an electric mixer cream together the cream cheese
  19. And sugar. Beat in cream, cornstarch, vanilla, and bourbon.
  20. Combine pumpkin into cream cheese mixture.
  21. Pour into crust and bake for 50 to 55 min.
  22. Remove from oven and let stand 5 min.
  23. Topping:
  24. 2 cups Sour Cream
  25. 2 tbl sugar
  26. 1 tbl Bourbon
  27. Combine all ingredents and spread over top.
  28. Bake for 5 mins.
  29. Remove and cool then chill thourghly.
  30. Decorate top with pecan halfs.
