Pecan Praline Morsels  (Paula Deen)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Spread out onto a baking sheet, sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until coating is dry, and slightly crystallized, stirring once.
  5. Remove from oven and remove from baking sheet.
  6. If not serving immediately, store in an airtight container.
