Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using a blender or mixer or food processor, mix peanut butter, butter and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until mixture is light and creamy.
  2. Combine powdered cocoa mix and powdered sugar in another bowl, and then stir it into the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Place chopped peanuts in a shallow dish.
  4. Roll peanut butter mixture into 11/2” balls, and then roll them in the peanuts to coat evenly.
  5. Place truffles on wax paper lined baking sheets.
  6. Refrigerate until firm.
  7. When chilled, store truffles in air-tight container and keep cool or refrigerate.
