Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 4 tbsp confectioners' sugar
  • 5/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Using a Blender, grind the peanuts until they become peanut butter. This should take about 5 minutes. Stop occasionally to push the peanuts down towards the blades. I use the Pulse button because this helps to allow the peanut to fall naturally back down to the blades.
  2. Remove the Peanut Butter from the blender and combine it with the Peanut Oil, Confectioners Sugar, and Salt.
  3. Thoroughly mix the ingredients and enjoy.
