Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 48 reese's miniature peanut butter cups

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla.
  2. Add flour and baking soda.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Roll into balls.
  5. Place one ball in each cup of a greased mini-muffin pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
  7. While baking, unwrap Peanut Butter Cups.
  8. After cookies come out of the oven, place 1 Peanut Butter Cup in each cookie.
  9. Let them cool completely.
  10. Using a butter knife, carefully remove cookies from pan.
