Directions:

  1. Melt butter over low heat in sauce pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend peanut butter and sugar. Add the melted butter and continue to blend.
  3. Stir in cereal and spread evenly onto a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat.
  5. Spread melted chocolate evenly over bars. Refrigerate to cool. Cut into bars.
