Peanut Butter Crunch

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cook sugar, milnot, butter and peanut butter over medium heat until it boils.
  2. Boil 2 minutes.
  3. Stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add oats, marshmallows and vanilla.
  6. Stir until well blended.
  7. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper.
  8. Let cool.
