Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the first 5 ingredients together using an electric mixer on medium speed until well mixed.
  2. Stir in crushed cookies.
  3. Drop batter by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart on a baking sheet that has been coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake in a 350° oven for 8-10 minutes or until light brown around the edges.
  5. Transfer to wire racks to cool before serving.
