Peach Pie-oatmeal Crust

Ingredients:

  • crust
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • filling
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Mix crust ingredents together, press in a 9 inch pie pan. Save a bit for top.
  2. Coat peaches with flour and white sugar mixture
  3. Put in crust..
  4. Top with the brown sugar, cinnimon and butter.. and the crumbs from the crust..
  5. Bake at 400 for about 60 minutes.. Serve with whipped cream or plain. Yummy!
