Ingredients:

  • 1 (28 oz) can peach slices
  • 3 cups stale breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar , packed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 lemon , juice of

Directions:

  1. Place the peaches and bread crumbs in a bowl. Add the butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and lemon juice and mix well.
  2. Pour into a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, about 25-30 minutes.
