Peach and Brown Sugar Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, allspice.
  2. Make a well in center.
  3. Combine eggs, sour cream and oil.
  4. Stir in peaches.
  5. Add to flour mixture. Stir until moistened. Batter will be lumpy.
  6. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
  7. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
