Parmesean Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat a skillet on medium heat.
  2. Spread one side of each bread slice with butter, sprinkle with generous ammount of grated parmesean cheese.
  3. Spread other side of each bread slice with maynaise. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese. place Cheddar slices on the maynaise side of bread, and top with other bread slice.
  4. Brown in skillet until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly, and slice on the diagonal. Enjoy!
