Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Cut unpeeled potatoes into 8 equal pieces.
  3. Place potatoes pieces in the center of a 12-14 inch piece of aluminum foil.
  4. Combine other ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over potatoes.
  5. Toss lightly. Fold foil over and seal.
  6. Place on medium hot grill for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Potatoes should be easily pierced with a fork.
  8. Open packet and add cheese.
  9. Return to grill for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  10. Serve hot.
